Delicious and Guilt Free Honey Bread by Honey Australia

Ingredients 

  • 200g Almond Meal
  • 40g of corn flour 
  • 3 Eggs 
  • 2 Tablespoons of Honey • 80ml Olive Oil  
  • 60ml Coconut Cream
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar • Pinch of Salt  

Delicious and guilt free, this honey bread is divine topped with some smashed avocado and feta or drizzled with peanut butter and honey.  

  • Preheat your oven to 180c/350F and line a loaf tin with baking paper.  
  • Mix all the ingredient and a large bowl or mixer and pour the combined batter in to the prepared tin.  
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until a inserted knife come out clean. Transfer loaf to wire rack and cool before eating.  
  • Keep in the pantry for a week or freeze.
